I-Joist

I-Joists save builders time and money. Typically pre-cut in 2' increments, I-Joists are shipped to the site ready to install. Because I-Joists can be cut and fastened with traditional framing tools and fasteners (no special tools are required), installation time is minimzed. Additionally, I-Joists allow for greater joist spacing when compared traditional lumber (2x10 comparison, 2x12 comparison) - thereby reducing both piece requirements and costs associated with job-site handling.
