Sales Team
We employ five salesmen, with a combined 95 years experience in the lumber industry, selling our products. We do not employ outside salesmen and do the majority of our business by phone. Each salesman is responsible for his own customer and we strongly emphasize relationship business. We have many customers that have been doing business with us for over twenty years and trust us to take care of their needs.
Our main sales territory is New Mexico and west Texas but we also sell to customers in the Oklahoma panhandle, the Dallas-Fort Worth market, and Austin. Additionally, we have loyal customers in eastern Arizona and southern Colorado.
In addition to the various independent lumber yards in the region, Dodson Lumber sells all the major chains and we are currently preferred vendors for the following companies:
