Snow drifts exceeding three feet were common throughout the region, completely halting rail and truck traffic and preventing employees from arriving to work. Parking Garage Construction

Dodson Lumber recently completed the purchase of an adjacent property formerly operated by ADOC Oil. As a part of the purchase agreement, the existing building was removed and the surface cleared of debris. Upon taking ownership, Dodson Lumber scraped and leveled the lot and erected a semi-private perimeter fence. Following a short discussion with the Roswell City Council, a building permit was issued for the construction of a parking garage. The parking garage and lot improvements were completed in the summer of 2015.

Horse Pasture Expansion

In January 2015, Dodson Lumber began converting an unused horse pasture into additional outside storage. The newly available storage has already begun to alleviate yard clutter and traffic.
